Javier Morales
Javier Morales is Seattle Native, born and raised in the West Seattle neighborhood. Javier is the president of the Morales Investments, Morales Group and J&J Homebuilders.
Javier is a Developer-Builder and a licensed Real Estate broker. He started his career obtaining his license in 2001 quickly finding his interest in the new construction segment of residential real estate. By 2003, Javier was finding land for some of Seattle’s most prominent builders. Javier has placed and was involved in identifying and selling hundreds of new construction doors in the Greater Seattle area.
In the last 12 years Javier switched his focus to purchasing raw land, handling the subdivision and entitlements, building independently and sometimes with partners then ultimately selling his own product. Most recently over the past 5 years Javier has overseen the development and build out of 100+ homes in South King County.
Travis Weeks
Travis is a builder-developer of single and multi-family homes with over 22 years of construction experience in the Washington and Oregon markets. In the last 10 years, Travis has dedicated much of his time learning the best practices of building principles with a focus on High Performance Home Building. From his onsite job-skills and building science knowledge, he has also had the opportunity to educate hundreds of builders, remodelers, subs and homeowners on the most cost-effective ways to build, remodel or plan a project with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind. Over the last four years, Travis has managed a total of seven Seattle infill projects with a focus on providing sustainable, energy efficient and durable homes for his clients.
Tiffany Fuentes
Tiffany Fuentes is a dedicated, passionate, and market-savvy professional who puts her clients’ satisfaction before all else. After several years of accounting and administrative work in the commercial construction industry she moved her focus to Real Estate.
She has been a licensed Real Estate broker for 20 years. Her attention to detail, superior people skills, broad knowledge of the real estate industry, and her pure determination to indulge her clients with first class service sets her apart.
Growing up in Seattle gave Tiffany a deep appreciation for the Pacific Northwest. She attended the University of Washington where she earned her BA in Integrated Social Sciences. Her enthusiasm and tenacity have allowed her to emerge as one of Seattle’s finest Real Estate Brokers. For fifteen years in a row she has been awarded the “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction – Real Estate Agent” as seen in Seattle Magazine. She is also designated as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.

The Founders
Javier and Travis founded J&T Development to provide clean, sustainable, & much needed housing in the greater Seattle area through infill projects. Javier, a West Seattle native, has over 20 years experience as a Developer-Builder and Real Estate Agent, specializing in new construction and raw land acquisition. Javier has extensive experience handling subdivisions and entitlements, working with partners, and overseeing the development and build-out of infill projects in King County. Travis, also born and raised in Seattle, is a builder-developer of single and multi-family homes with over 20 years of construction experience in both Washington and Oregon. Over the past 10 years, Travis has dedicated extensive time learning the best practices of building principles and building science. From his knowledge and on-site job skills, Travis has gone on to educate hundreds of others on the most cost-effective ways to build, remodel or plan a project with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind. Travis brings this same mindset into every infill project to build durable homes for his clients.
Each with their own area of expertise, Javier and Travis have combined their years of experience and knowledge to form J&T Development as a fully integrated property development firm. Instead of only offering pieces and parts of the process, J&T provides the service and support needed from land acquisitions to development and construction to financing and selling. Javier and Travis founded J&T Development as a one-stop, complete and fully integrated resource to supply sustainable housing and give back to their local community.
